What happens at the end of my first year's free tech support and upgrades?

When you purchase RealSource Analyzer, you receive one year of free tech support and upgrades. After the year is up, the program keeps working, however if you need any type of tech support or wish to upgrade your program, there is a $50.00 fee for the next full year of support and upgrades. Click here to renew your annual support period.

How do I install RealSource Analyzer on a new computer?

Because many people own more than one computer, you may install RealSource Analyzer on up to three different computers at any one time. To install the program on a new computer, click the Download, Full Program link and follow the instructions.

How do I unlock the program on a new computer?

If you move your data from an old computer to your new computer (see below), you most likely will not need to unlock it because your old database contains the unlock code. If the program asks for an unlock code, please click the Unlock menu at the top of the main RealSource Analyzer screen and then click the Obtain Unlock Code button and follow the instructions.

How do I move RealSource Analyzer data from one computer to another?

There are several reasons you may wish to move RealSource Analyzer data from one computer to another. If you don't find your reason below, please contact tech support for help.
